The AFC is a body of agriculture organizations that provides coordinated funding and stimulates private/public sector participation for Research and Innovation that supports sustainability, diversification and long-term growth for agriculture and the food industry in Western Canada.
Some RDAR-funded projects are funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Alberta under the Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership, a federal-provincial-territorial initiative.
